For teams scaling rapidly or managing multiple hires at once. Full time support includes complete recruiting operations, process ownership, pipeline management, and strategic guidance, essentially an embedded recruiting partner dedicated to your team.
Specialized Search Packages
There are no upfront costs for our searches, you only pay once we place a candidate. With our flat fee structure, the cost doesn’t change based on the candidate’s salary.
Leadership Search - $8,800
For critical or confidential executive and senior leadership roles, we manage the full search process from strategy and market mapping to candidate outreach, evaluation, and offer guidance.
Professional & Key Role Search - $6,500
For high impact, hard to fill roles outside of senior leadership, we run targeted, focused searches. This includes candidate sourcing, vetting, interview support, and offer guidance.
